Lisa McGill of Sunnybrook and Alexandra Frazier of Gulph Mills had the low gross of the Dorothy Germain Porter Invitational Tournament held at the Riverton Country Club May 17. The pair shot a 74. Sandra Miller and Barbara Papsco were second with a 75 and Susan Klauder and Kerry Rutan were third at 76. Sue Sawyer and Debbie Prentice, both of Yardley, had the low net with a 64. Virgil Maderich and Doreen Lacatena had a 67 and Linda Forman and June Eisner had 68 for third.

The team of Dennis Jones, Avalon CC, and Ethan Praxtis, Wildwood Golf and Country Club, tied with Bill Walker, Ramblewood CC, and Jason Westphal, Hartefield National, and five other teams for sixth place at 2-under 70 in the Philadelphia Section PGA Pro Pro Championship at Stone Harbor Golf Club on May 21.

First place went to Brian Kelly, Bucknell CC, and Jack Brennan, Clinton CC, with a best ball 5-under par 67.

The team of John Appleget, Sand Barrens CC, and Pete Oakley, The Rookery, tied with three other teams for 13th place at 1-under 71.
